Powerful Mixer, Great Value
Iโm very happy with this mixer. It feels solid, has plenty of power, and handles dough and heavier mixtures without struggling. The 6.5-quart bowl is a great size, and the different speed settings make it easy to control. For the price, the quality and performance are excellent. Itโs easy to use, easy to clean, and has worked exactly as expected. Definitely a great value for anyone who does a lot of baking at home. Highly recommended!

Coming from a kitchen aid, I'm impressed.
Coming from using my grandma's Kitchen aid all the time (she gave it away ๐ญ), I'm quite impressed with this mixer! Here are some things to note, and that I like. The suction cups on the bottom: this mixer isn't heavy like a kitchen aid (makes it easier to carry) so the suction cups are great, they work very well. The spring assisted lift: when you push the leaver to lift the head of the machine it'll spring up on its own. I do recommend using your other hand to gentle it a bit as it'll BOUNCE up. But a nice touch, especially for older people. The attachments are metal: I saw some older reviews saying the attachments had plastic connections, mine were all metal, probably aluminum, but sturdy. It's lightweight, the stainless steel bowl(if it is that) isn't thick or heavy like a kitchen aid, much thinner but it does what it needs to do. I don't think this is am heirloom type mixer, but I plan to save and get a bosch mixer for large bread batches. I will be using this mostly for cookies/cakes. Works more then perfect for that. Low is nice and low and high speed is HIGH. I've so far made chocolate chip cookies in here that I've made a million times in a kitchen aid. Same result, if anything it actually whipped more air in the butter/sugar then the kitchen aid (that's a good thing) I make a lot of bread and that will be my next test. I will update. Overall great early impressions and I think worth the $133 I paid for it. Hope this review was helpful.

Works great for mixing gluten-free/vegan bread doughs!
After years of half hearted failed baking attempts, I finally got on the stick due to a health issue and really started experimenting with baking gf/vegan, corn free , low sugar and oil delicacies. Iโve been getting better and better ( thanks to my fabulous friends and husband who have been my long suffering food tasters) and finally after 3 years, I felt I was far enough along in my baking journey to treat myself to a real mixer. This mixer is awesome! Itโs super easy to mix my bread doughs and cake batters, my baked goods rise up even better than before and I am absolutely chuffed with the results! Itโs nice and compact and doesnโt take up a bunch of space on my counter either. Iโm a novice baker who has never used a mixer so obviously Iโm no expert when it comes to mixers, but my super difficult to bake goods are turning out beautifully so I have no complaints. The only thing that was slightly off putting was that the dough hook and beater were covered in a super shiny silver paint that did not look the safest. It was flaky and I didnโt want that possibly toxic paint to flake off into my mixes so I actually washed it in the dishwasher although it says not to. I included a pic of the dough hook after it went through the wash. The paint came off leaving them dull but perhaps more sanitary?๐คand when I mixed up a batch of bread, nothing flaked off into my dough. I donโt use this mixer to mix my wet ingredients with my dry ingredients for my cakes but I do use the whisk feature to mix the dry ingredients together. Gf/vegan cakes are very delicate and whisking or beating the wet and dry ingredients together will overwork the batter and leave it denser than it would be if you simply folded the wet ingredients into the dry ones with a spatula. I do use the beater and dough hook for my breads and I mix the wet and dry ingredients together as gf/vegan bread dough is a lot more forgiving and you really have to work it to get all the ingredients fully integrated if you want a light fluffy loaf. I posted a picture of the most recent loaf I made with this mixer so you can see the results. I do also use a special pan to get it that nice, but the texture on the inside is juuust a bit more springy after using the mixer than when I have done a loaf using just my elbow grease to mix it up. I prove my bread doughs twice for a total of an hour and a half to two hours , to compensate for the beating the dough hook gives it. As a novice gluten free, dairy free, practically everything but taste free baker, I found this little gadget to be super helpful and a real timesaver. Iโd definitely give this a try if you want to treat yourself without spending a bunch of money! **** UPDATE **** Ok so this mixer is even better than I first wrote. I was even able to FINALLY make aquafaba meringue with this stand mixer! I have tried using elbow grease and a fork, an electric hand mixer, AND a hand whisk and all Iโve ever gotten was a soupy bean juicy mess. This has happened for YEARS ๐ Not anymore though! I included pics of my triumph because it is GLORIOUS ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ Itโs just 2 cans of white bean juice, a tsp of cream of tartar, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar( I use LAKANTO) and a tsp of vanilla. Start slow, whipping only the juice then whip at the highest setting for those stiff peaks you want to see in a regular merengue and add the rest of the ingredients. In the pictures I have mine stored in a little tub to make sโmores doughnuts later on today, so you canโt see how stiff the peaks are, but trust me, itโs almost exactly like real meringue, you can even torch the top. I had to share just in case any of my fellow vegan adventures have also tried this mythical bean juice merengue and had it fail. This mixer is magic and you can totally make aquafaba meringue with it!๐

Works really well
So I just got this mixer. I got the baby blue. Itโs a really good mixer. Has a strong mixer and motor, I have used kitchen aid mixers in cooking class in high school. I noticed that many of the reviews of this mixed were about the noise being too loud. I guess let me present you with a different perspective. This mixer is between $130-170 (mine was $130). Comes with the same 3 METAL attachments same as a kitchen aid mixer, has more power (kitchen aid watts: 250-575 watts), and has a larger bowl size than the #1 best selling kitchen aid mixer (ie that most purchased kitchen aid mixer), and come with a stainless steels bowl like the kitchen aid mixers, more compact, and is lighter weight than a kitchen aid still sturdy but just lighter. I would agree that it is louder than a kitchen aid near it max speed. Itโs had less levels of mixing, kitchen aid 10 variable speeds this has 6. As you can see I was feeling pressured to by a kitchen aid mixer because itโs the quintessential mixer that our grandmas and moms used, but with the very few negatives I pointed out I paid $130 and the kitchen aid with a comparable bowl size is $449, the noise level and lack of speed levels isnโt worth paying an additional $339. I feel like that insane price is mostly marketing and โbrand nameโ. In my opinion donโt fall for it. I feel like I got my moneyโs worth. Im very happy with it.

Beautiful Silver Mixer (5/5)
I wanted to give a truly detailed experience about the usage of this mixer. I have had this mixer officially for a month now, because I had purchased it on May 21st and now it's June 21st and I have made dough for cinnamon rolls, two cakes ~ a chocolate & a lemon, plus, a fruit dip with this mixer. So, I have used all three attachments and all 6 speeds. ONE QUICK NOTE & TIP: DO NOT WASH THE ATTACHMENTS IN THE DISHWASHER, instead, wash with super cool water, so, that the paint or the material won't peel off. BY THE WAY, make sure to dry off the attachments with a paper towel before and after every use. I know, on the website, it says you CAN wash in the dishwasher, but DON'T. I read the manual and it also says not to as well, but anyway... let's talk about my experience with each baked good: - The Dough: I enjoyed using the dough hook. It was nice and it did whip the dough around like butter, but make sure you have enough flour. I will admit, you do have to stop and wipe down the sides, in order, to incorporate all of the flour. - The Cakes: The paddle was nice, but I have to tell the truth & give a thorough review, the mixer paddle never really whips the bottom at all. You have to stop and make sure that the bottom ingredients are being incorporated. You have to OR you will be stuck with lumpy or unmixed batter. So, for example, if you are creaming butter and sugar, before you add your eggs, stop the mixer and using a rubber spatula, fold the butter mixture and you scrape the bottom and the sides with that same rubber spatula, then place the head of the mixer back down and proceed with your recipe. I have to say, also, make sure to slowly add in your flour mixture, please, don't just dump all of the flour in the mixer or you will have lumpy and unmixed batter as well. The Fruit Dip: I used the whisk attachment and I will admit the speed of 5 and 6 was consistent and it truly did do a great job, however, you have to scrape the bottom and the sides of the bowl or you will be left with lumpy dip with traces of unmixed ingredients. Overall, I enjoy the stand mixer, however, the attachments don't really get the bottom or cover the circumference of the bowl well, but I enjoy the quiet nature and the sleek design. The mixer is gorgeous to look at and it is a workhorse. I have done it all and I am ready to bake even more bake goods with this mixer. Overall, 5/5!

I'm impressed!
I purchased this product after I brought my 40 year old Oster Kitchen Center to Good Will. It was working just fine but it was heavy and I was tired of using the glass bowls. So I went searching on Amazon and came upon the Aucma Standing Mixer (Lightning Deal) with the larger size 6.5 qt mixing bowl and read the reviews. My experience thus far has been very positive. The mixer and attachments came solidly packed and in another shipping box. No damage in the shipping. I unpacked it the next day as I am making several cakes for my grandsons' Birthdays over the next couple of weeks. Did a test run today and the mixer performed well. It has power (haven't made bread dough yet) and I ran it through the paces. My husband and I were very impressed. I can pick it up easily and I do like the shape of the bowl on the bottom and the fact that the beaters get right down to the bottom. I did a bit of scraping on the sides but that is fine with me. Not worth buying a more expensive machine to get a special attachment. The bowl is a lighter weight stainless but having two handles is so handy. The bowl easily locked into place. And the suction cups on the bottom did a great job of keeping the machine in place. Didn't budge one bit - even at the highest speed. The plastic casing makes the mixer lighter and that was a plus for me. Beaters and bowl washed up easily in warm soapy water. I am very pleased with my purchase as it will do the jobs that I ask of it. I am not one who is rough when handling appliances and like with anything - a little care will go a long way in the lifetime of the product.

Love this Mixer!
If I could, I'd rate this mixer even higher. It has been so nice having it vs a hand mixer. I researched other mixers that are quote "the perfect mixer" and when I compared them to this one - this mixer, for me, came out on top when it came to solid reviews, it being lightweight yet stable with the suction cups on the bottom (psst - be careful to not squish your fingers when lifting), the size (I opted for a larger size for growth in my baking), capacity, speed and price. Plus, the red is so pretty and vibrant. Love it!!! I've used it to mix my sourdough, make cinnamon rolls, cookies, etc. It has made things easier for me which I love!

I love it!!
I bought this mixer as a test mixer to see if I would actually use one before I committed to a Kitchen Aid. No need for a kitchen aid, this little guy has been extremely faithful and easy to work with. I like that itโs small and doesnโt take up a lot of space. Itโs light and not heavy like a Kitchen Aid so I can store it somewhere else and easily take it out and put it back when I need it. I wrote this review a couple of years ago and forgot to submit it. I've had the mixer for over 3 years. I still absolutely love it. I do need a new paddle thingy as mine is all chipped now but other than that I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS little machine. I would give it 10 starts if I could. Would buy again!
