If you don't overload no it should not get squashed. I use container for the sandwich and fwe drink the fruit on the top are not squashed.

Good size lunch box

Good quality lunch bag. This is a second purchase after mine was being used by a family member! Enough room to put a ice block in, with lunch (2 normal sized rolls and a piece of fruit and yogurt. Keeps lunch cool until afternoon. Have enclosed a photo for judging size of box. Would fit 6 cans of coca cola, standing up and would close easily. Would recommend.

Perfect for the job

Have used this daily for over a year. The wide padded handle is very comfortable, and it keeps it shape very well, it is also attached very well with no risk of pulling out (I think). Never tested how well it retains temperature, but seems to have some type of padding inside a water resistant layer on the inside. Looks great! Space is OK - can hold a medium sized glass lunchbox (just about), and a few bits on top.

Buy bigger...

It seems ok, zip seems strong and they have a decent look about them, but it is very small. Whatever size you think you need, double it. By the time you get a freezer block in it, there is nowhere to put your sandwiches.
