Malco CONNEXT1 Quick-Change Handle, 4-1/8-Inch Modular Driver Handle Works with Any 1/4-inch Shank Chuck Driver, Magnetic Fastening Handle for HVAC, Sheet Metal, and Service Work

This is the best removable bit screwdriver handle I have ever owned. Period. The diameter of the handle is exactly what it should be. The length is even better, maybe 3/4 the length of any other "standard" screwdriver --exactly what it should be. The overall dimensions and feel could not be more perfect when you hold it in your hand. Finally, it uses 2" bits with the little groove so they lock in --NOT the 1" held-in-by-magnet ones. The release collar is slop free with 100% bit release --No wiggling the bit to get it out. Insert is fine as well, typically I put the bit in, then hold the handle vertically and pull back the collar with the bit slipping in via gravity alone. Just a gosh-darn good handle --I think I have purchased 3 or 4 at this point.

I have bought several of these Malco CONNEXT1 power bit drivers. I like them because the bits LOCK IN PLACE. Many other drives use magnets and they just do not hold the bits sometimes. With the Connext1, they never come out. Yet the same time, I can easily replace a pit by just pulling up on the locking slide ring. It works perfectly every time. Of course I have a bunch of insert bits as well, so with an insert bit adapter, I can now use all my insert bits. I like the old school acetate handle. It provides a good grip, is comfortable, yet is easy to keep clean. I have one of these (with bits of course) in each car, on my boat and motorcycle. I also have one in my garage and in a "quick grab" tool kit I keep in the kitchen. I took some photos if my kitchen tool kit showing the Connext1 driver and the various bits.

This is a nice driver handle. The acrylic handle is supposed to be shatterproof and will accept a box-end wrench for extra turning force, though I've never needed to do that with a driver handle. The chuck is probably the best locking one I've ever had, holds on nice and tight with no wobble or rattling around. To use this as a bit driver you will need an extended bit holder as it is too deep for 1 inch bits but 2 inch should be ok. Malco makes matching magnetic flip-socket extentions to go with this for nut driving that are supposed to be fantastic. I would recommend this product.

Works great. The mechanism engages positively and it's easy to change bits. The unit is well made and ergonomically good.

Excellent driver handle! Well built and ready for a lifetime of service. Exactly what I was looking for to go with impact ready nut driver set. It is also a perfect match for the Klein Tools 32234 Impact Driver Bit Set (Philips, flat, and square). This gives me a full complement of hand drivers in the top of my toolbox. I needed a handle with a slightly smaller diameter than the main tool brands offered in order to fit in the ready access portion of the toolbox, plus it helps when in my tool belt.

One important spec that affects utility of this handle--the quick disconnect mechanism is longer than most other designs. This means that you cannot use the standard short bits, in particular Philips head bits, that are commonly sold in 10 or 25 packs. The inserts need to be at least 1.5 inches long. I have dozens of flat head, Philips, and Torx bits that are 1 inch long, they are not usable with this handle--only 1/4" of the bit sticks out. The build quality is good, quick release mechanism operates smoothly and locks securely.

I purchased this for a trunk tool bag along with an assortment of Torx, Hex, and standard screw bits. This is the perfect length for my application with 2" bits. Not to "stubby" or too long. It is evident by handling and using this handle that it is well made. There are cheaper solutions on here, but not many better IMO.

This is the best multi-bit screwdriver handle I have found. A bit holder locks in and does not fall out. With a 1/4" socket bit, it also makes a great nut driver.

If you haven't bought one of these yet what's to say? I'm an electrician and it's the only screwdriver I keep in my pouch. It connects all your impact driver bits no problem so all you really need is a spread of impact drivers and you've got everything you need with this screwdriver.

Su sistema para sostener las puntas es muy bueno, no esta imantado, el mango esta muy bien terminado, se ve y se siente robusto, para traelo en el uso diario. No se si en verdad sea indestructible, no lo voy a poner a prueba pero estoy muy contento para este desarmador que uso en el dia a dia.

Excellent little tool. It's very handy for those who use quick change bits with a ¼" hex drive. You can use the bits in a power drill, then quickly switch to this handle for fine adjustments or some extra torque applied manually. Saves carrying around an entire set of backup manual screwdrivers. You can get the bits at most building centers or hardware stores. This is a very welcome addition to my tool bag.
