Great for younger kids too!
This is such a sweet and easy touchpoint for a gratitude practice for kids. We started it with our 2 and 4yo for a summer routine. It sits on our dining room table and I ask the prompts and write down their answers at family dinner and it sparks lots of fun reflection on our days.

Love this book!
Love this simple book for covering complex topic of gratitude. I bought a few as gifts. My 11 year old writes in it on her own and we also use it as a conversation piece for dinner time. For younger kids, it’s a good bonding activity with parents too.

Great convo starter with kiddos!
My 5 and 8 year old sons are both very excited to have their own journals! I’m Excited to have an avenue in which to get them talking about their days with more details! Great, simple format!

A good way to teach kids to be thankful
In this electronic age, it is important for kids to remember to be thankful. Thankful for what they have and see the good in things. I feel that it will keep your kids grounded. A wonderful way to calm down and find happiness in little things.

Nicely presented and great for discussion
We have been very pleased with our gratitude journal. It’s been really enlightening to hear the answers that my kiddo comes up with. It’s opened up a lot of new discussions. Thank you for this great idea!

My 6 year old loves his gratitude journal, especially the last question on each page because it's different every day. He feels it's a great way to end the day. It's simple, gets kids to self-reflect and is a great tool for conversations with your child. Wish there was colour on the pages though to make it more fun for kids.
