What is the ADVERTISED voltage of these batteries? A single cell AA should be around 1.5V when fully charged, right?

Read! The manufacturer's specification says 1.2V which is typical for NlMH batteries. They will not work in some electronic devices. I have TV remotes, and these do not work; must use 1.5v alkalines. These are best for non-electronic devices that do not require a specific voltage like a flashlight. I use these in my flashlights.

Which is better, super capacity or high capacity?

These EBL AA 2800mAh Rechargeable Batteries are better than anything I've tested...EVER! They fit in tight tolerance devices, have tremendous staying power under load, meet or EXCEED their claimed specs, and have a free included case to boot! After 3 cycles, these tested at a range of MAH as follows: Low-2734; High-2860; Mean-2785.5...Astounding! What's not to like? Just get them while they are at this price point, because they are the very best of available tech!

Can I use these in garden solar lights

Some newer solar lights use lithium batteries, ( 3.7 volts ). If your present batteries are 1.2 volt NiMH ( Nickle Metal Hydride ) or 1.2 volt NiCd ( Nickle-Cadmium ) these are OK ( if they fit ). My various new & old solar lamps use AA, AAA or half-length batteries. Best one recharges my AA's for flashlights. I also recharge disposable alkaline AA's, believing it's Very low charging rate will not explode them.

How long they take to charge?

It depends on the charger you are using. The EBL-920D is a slow charger and can take over 8 hours to fully charge the batteries. I have a Energizer charger that will do it in 4-5 hours. They last a long time....
