I saw the big number of positive reviews so decided to try this, I have Asthma & Hayfever with some other issues so thought I would try this natural way to help my heyfever & wanting to get my meds down. Yikes this STINGS!!!! Just me?? No idea but for me it stings everytime. I live right across from a Rapeseed field & my hayfever has been off the charts & making my Asthma worse but since using this spray (almost two weeks now) my symptoms are way more controlled. I am using my inhaler less each day and not gasping for breath. It does still go down the back of the throat and that doesn't taste so nice but hey I can cope with this. I use one spray up each nostril in the morning I usually wait 10 minutes then I will go out to walk the dogs, I am using far less tissues having to blow my nose on the walks, my eyes still leak like I am upset over something but I will find something for my eyes next! Overall I am pretty happy I only have to use one spray for the day so far and can up the dose during the much warmer weather we have coming pretty soon. The price is good hope they don't increase it for summer and this natural spray has worked much quicker than the drug nasal sprays so this is very positive.

Used this through last spring's hay fever season and it's most effective if you spray as soon as you notice the early itch. Works in a few minutes as advertised. Once you're full into a sneezing fit it's less useful, in my experience. No drowsiness which is the main reason I keep it about for daytime use. The bottle is a good size and the spray mechanism is consistent. Worth having alongside antihistamines rather than instead of them.

I find this product a lifesaver but you have to use it correctly - I suffer with all year round fungal spore allergy - I use a prescription steroid and antihistamine nasal spray twice a day and then one squirt of becodefence in each nostril and I top this up with one spray in each nostril during the day, particularly before going outside. I tip my head back for a few seconds and forward for a few seconds to coat the back of my nose. It is particularly good at night - brilliant product and I couldn't live without it - it did take me some time at the beginning to trust it and experiment with using it properly.

I didn't expect this to work for me but I really like it. After years of using antihistamine tablets for months at a time, I now just use two pumps of an allergy spray each morning, followed by two pumps of this, and I repeat this one a couple of times during the day and before bed. After using it my nose can feel slightly blocked for a while, but that passes. Sometimes the spray burns a bit on application and it can also burn if it runs down the back of my throat, but this is minor compared to what the antihistamines did. Although I've moved to the country and cycle and walk every day, I haven't had to use my asthma inhaler for several months.

Well, first off this product DOES really burn your nasal passages and it does sting and bring tears to your eyes! It has a minty sensation, I'm OK with the mint aftertaste but some may require a drink of some description BUT I found the product does work for me, it does last a good few hours, to be honest I've only used it once a day. I'm happy with the product, good to see it has none of the usual nasties in the spray. I'd buy it again.

I suffer from high pollen but using this before venturing out certainly helps my breathing.
