This is a better brand of paper and does NOT jam. ( almost never) This print quality is better even if it is just for office work.

Print Paper Delivery Issues
Product great! However, my only comment that shades this Review is that is the box of paper was delivered two doors down. It's heavy and the gal couldn't lift and I just got out of the hospital and couldn't lift over 10 pounds. Please follow up and let us know what happened. Addressed on box was correct. The husband had to deliver to my husband.

Terrible shipping
Have been purchasing regularly for my office. I ordered 2 cases and it arrived loose in a large brown box (NOT IN ORIGINAL PAPER BOXES) It reams were bronen open and paper was unuseable. I assuned ot was an Amazon mistake but it was a HAMMERMILL shipment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, did a return and ordered 2 more on May 28, 2026 becaise we are running low. Tracking said ot would be delivered Tuesday June 2nd. Now they say it has not left factory yet! Too bad, i want to buy American, but if doi g so negatively affects my business, then back to Amazon Basics!
