What is the break weight of these rings? I want to use these to secure furniture to my walls for baby proofing.

I wish I knew the actual break strength, but I do know that these use the same size cable as the ones that came with wall plates for securing my furniture to the wall. That's what I'm going to use them for. In my case, I'm mostly worried about cats knocking over metal shelves. I wouldn't risk it for trying to keep a toddler alive or anything requiring serious security.
