Purchased this computer from Amazon approximately one year ago. I've owned may computers in my life time and not one has ever operated as smooth as this computer. I'm sure you can get some top of the line computers and spend twice as much, I just can't imagine them doing anything this one can't. Start up is FAST, multiple programs with no lag, screen quality is super clear. Never had an issue.

It's okay for the price
I thought the price was competitive and it's a sharp looking system. The screen looks good and touch screen is responsive. Good loud sound. It's not perfect though. Mouse is of cheap quality, but it works. No TV tuner, which is a great letdown for me. Also, no remote control which is quite disappointing. No bluray is also not good. Also, I don't like Windows 8 much, but that is Microsoft, not Samsung... I recommend if you're looking for a touchscreen all-in-one desktop at a competitive price.

nice system but do not try to upgarde
This system gets delivered with windows 8, also known as the new Vista. In case you try updating to the slightly better version windows 8.1 the system fails to update. There is an error code 0xc1900101-0x30018 which is discussed all over the web but no solution is apparent. The search on the Samsung Support website does not even show the error code. Samsung tech support enlightened me that they are only supporting this unit on windows 8 and not windows 8.1. Pretty poor statement as we just took this unit out of the box. A system which cannot be updated is basically useless within the shortest of time. Stay away from this one.

Haven't had any complaints about this computer yet...seems to work beautifully. I enjoy the touchscreen ~ and love the graphics display.

Great computer
really like this all in one computer synchs all of my devices now that I have learned Windows 8 I like the touch screan, The only thing is I am unable to aquire a warranty of any kind as I purchased it "used" . Although it had never been out of the box.

What a deal!!
I can't believe how much I love this computer. I have heard many complaints about WIndows 8, but on this giant touch screen it is a breeze. We put it in a central location in the house and the kids love using it and we can all watch family videos from the entire room on the big screen. Highly pleased!!
