EMT--Basic Exam 5th Edition

This book SAVED me for my NREMT. Obviously if you did good in school and you studied, taking the NREMT should be easy. however not all books give you scenarios. this book is ALL scenarios.. I highly recommend this book to any EMT looking to get great at answering scenario questions.this book helped me a lot and I'm so glad I made that purchase.

I've read s couple of EMT texts in my life. This one explains the concepts without asking you to have finished med school first. It also gives you real life examples on bars on the theory you just read. A great way to make sure you have the concept in hand before moving on. This actually s readable text.

Been studying all day and feeling more confident for the test that I will have to take in two weeks. I have heard and learned stuff from this book that I did not go over in my class. One can never be over prepared as far as I am concerned.

The questions are formatted very similarly to what you'll see on the NREMT. I think it has roughly 1200 questions to practice with. Only negative remark is that the link inside the book book was dead and the access code was invalid;fortunately you can use the book just fine without those parts

Really helpful, definitely saved me week prior to exam. Practice exams gave explanations and even hand written response to challenge your knowledge more. Highly recommend.

The questions in this book make for a better course review as opposed to an NREMT test guide. The NREMT seems to be mostly critical thinking and scenario-based questions, as opposed to the straight-up Q&A offered by this book. Taking a few practice tests are not a bad thing, but your time may be better spent studying your original materials (class notes and textbook). This is the best books that I picked up for the NREMT review, but it is lacking.Also, a few of the answers are WRONG. Just be careful!

The book gave me insight to what I needed to study before the National Registry exam. Definitely worth the purchase in addition to the Crash Course.

Purchased this book and studied it for about 2 weeks before taking the National Registry exam and it worked wonders!! This book definitely prepared me for the type of questions on that exam! Great book.
