how much salicylic acid is in it

I am looking at my jar and it does list salicylic acid as an ingredient. The company does have a toll free phone # if you would like to call them to make sure, 1-800-533-7546.

Does it burn? My fingers get cracked open Is it going to burn and hurt?

I do not think so. In the winter my fingers crack from dryness. I use Liquid Bandaid. It works great. It does sting for a short while but if you let it dry firm it really does the job. Then use Cutemol to help your skin from dryness. My dermatologist recommended Cutemol.

can i use this cream on a 14 month old toddler?

Yes. This has a very mild scent and was actually recommended to my by my dermatologist. It is very thick and really helps hold the moisture in your skin. I have escema and is really great for dry skin.
