UPDATE: 8/11/2020Camera head lost 2 bulbs & picture is very blurry... appears to have water inside camera head. Basically useless now & I cannot reach the seller.Very impressed with this camera, arrived on time. Monitor has amazing picture quality. Cant wait to use it on a job!

I like the camera. I only wish there were instructions on how to use it. No number to contact about how to use either. I can't get it to record and or play back a or any thing I though I recorded. I wish I would have gone with a different brand and cheaper price. I can't find anything about this company either. Bad advertising to - contact us were here to help-where.

I purchased this camera to find an obstruction in my 4 inch drain pipe. The system is a good value for the money. BUT don't break anything as customer support is non-existent. There is no contact information in the instruction manual, which can barely be termed an instruction manual. Searching on-line, I could not find any information about the company. The camera which affixes to the end of the cable had to be replaced, after chatting with an Amazon customer rep, who had no other contact information or spare part information, we finally found a camera from another vendor which should work.It's a good system. But its 500 bucks and I want to be able to find parts for what I hope is a long term use of the the tool. So far, that doesn't look like a possibility.

This camera is easy to use but, only the cable. The manual only give you the name of the buttons on the control box, it does not provide instructions to operate any of the features. I have spend several hours try to figure out how to use the video reorder or how to take photos. There is no information at all and it’s frustrating. I would not recommend this product at all.
