No clear instructions for assembling

I thought this would be the same light as the one I bought from light society. While they looked identical, this one had wires all over the place. I didn’t even know how they were all supposed to fit. I ended up returning it because it made no sense and the instructions were useless.

UPDATE: I was overall not a fan of this fixture and ended up taking it down for a different style. I wouldn't purchase this again for my space mostly due to the painted finish, but also the globes are just too weak.This light fixture is good enough quality with a good finish on the metal and it is painted gold. I recieved with broken globes that I found out about after installation, but customer service was prompt to respond! The globes ship on the second layer of packaging- check them before you start installing the fixture.There are ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS included with this fixture. The one page document has a picture of what it should look like once you are done, and that's it. The globes must be installed after the fixture is on the ceiling, BTW, and the included hangar bracket is so adjustable it was hard to get set correctly so that the studs were in the right place. A solid bracket would be fine and indeed better for our boxes.

Quick shipment. Great price for a unique light fixture to spruce up a bedroom. Seller is incredibly helpful + even sent a replacement for a broken bulb, I am very impressed and will purchase more light fixtures from this seller for our remodel projects. A+++

Great value for the money. It was like a puzzle putting together but didn’t take too long. The finish inside the globes aren’t perfectly smooth so you can see lines/variance in color. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

Great look. People I hired to install it complained about the instructions.

Is an ugly yellow, not gold or brass. Came completely disassembled. Needs to be put together and wired.

Came unassembled!! What a surprise! I had to build the whole thing and do all the internal electrical connections and the instructions were one page that was just a picture of the lamp built, not a single word or pictures to explain what to do. I’m not sure if it will be safe to use.. it took about 3 hours to assemble and is VERY hard to do so without breaking the bulbs and shades. I bought it for my new cafe and thanked god I didn’t buy 15 of them... just one for an accent.. thank god. I would have spent a million hours assembling lights. Further the light extensions they say come with it didn’t. I could only extend its height to about 24” total. Not the 58” I was expecting since I have very high ceilings in the space. It looks cool though. Unfortunately it was a hassle with no instructions, complicated assemble required and missing parts.

These lights are not brass and shouldn’t be described as brass, they are spray painted gold. They took three months to arrive so by the time they did the returns window had closed. I’m still waiting for a refund.
