Really Helped my feet
I've been using this thing since 2018 and I credit it with improving my flat feet to where I had a little arch and could wear some types of shoes without my orthotics. Then I went on a big exercise program and stupidly neglected the foot exercises, got plantar fasciitis, and am now back to the foot exercises again. Every morning sitting on the bedside is the easy way to do it. What I do is toe raises with the stiffest band, both with and without the big toe. I also do the same with toe grabs of the band. I don't use the roller - I have wood rollers I like better.

Perfect!
The Foot Gym has been wonderfully helpful for my feet. I was concerned that the incline wouldn't be steep enough, but it is. I even felt the stretch all the way up to my hamstrings. I am so glad I chose this item to purchase! I am recommending it to everyone I know. It's super easy to use. The instructions were clear. Note: on the back of the instructions, it says you can put the resistance bands at an angle, so it's at the same angle as your toes and that is good. Also, I didn't even realize when I bought it that you can put water in the roller and freeze it, or you can put warm water in it. It feels really good just regular, though, so I didn't bother, but I think that is awesome. This company really knows feet!

Finally.... foot pain relief!
I’m on my feet all day in customer service. My feet hurt a lot by the end of the day. I have plantar fasciitis. I’m also 315 pounds which doesn’t help the added pressure on my feet. When I get home it’s nice to sit on the couch & use the foot gym. I have been doing this daily for about 1 week now. I started noticing a difference after 6 days. I don’t have the severe pain I used to have. I’m hoping with more use the plantar fasciitis will get healed. The best part is using the blue roller at the end of my exercise session. I fill it with water & freeze it the day before. It’s a soothing reward to my feet & takes down the swelling. I totally recommend this product.

Unique Product
The grey plastic is easily damaged, but the product works very well. If you ever need extra resistance, putting anything under you foot to make it closer to the bands should do the trick. I never use the roller, but the slant board and resistance bands perform exactly as expected.

Awkward to use.
I like the concept. It could really strengthen your feet if it worked as it should. However, the blue roller constantly pops out from the niches in which it’s supposed to rest however much you try to make sure it’s secure. So, as you try to roll and massage your feet, even gently, it pops out, lands on the floor and rolls away. I tried to use it a few times, gave up and returned.

cured my plantar fasciitis
I tried so many things for my plantar fasciitis, including the shoe inserts that started tearing up the bottoms of my feet. I jettisoned the inserts and started using this for many hours a week under the theory that if my feet got strong enough, they'd stop freaking out about not having support. My rule was that i could play Civilization on the computer as long as I was using this thing, so....for a lot of days i would be using it for six hours or more. Now I'm at a maintenance level and can use it just one night a week, using the strongest band (which sadly does not come with the base unit...you have to order stronger bands from the manufacturer). This thing has been worth any amount of money to me. The only two exercises I use are hooking the band under my toes and stretching the band, and then working the top of my foot by hooking the band over my toes and bringing my toes up. At the beginning maybe warm up with the lightest band, then move up during your sessions as you can.

All parts arrived. Relatively easy set up. Sadly the roller is solid and dark making it impossible to see how see and not exceed the 3:4 full recommendation. I guessed wrong how full the roller was. It split along the seam and then out into the body of the roller making unit useless! The iced roller was the part I wanted most and I didn’t get to try it once. The roller should have some flex and it should be CLEAR so one could see how much water was actually inside! Also, the platform had a giant bubble in the middle. So this has turned into an expensive piece of junk and useless for my needs.

Utilisé au cabinet de kinésithérapie pour travailler plus analytiquement les releveurs, c'est pas trop mal, par contre le foot gym devrait être plus lourd pour être plus stable. Enfin, l'inclinaison est insuffisante pour réaliser un bon étirement du triceps en charge à mon goût. Avis donc partagé. Plus large, il permettrait un étirement bilatéral par ailleurs

La persona che lo utilizza è rimasta offesa nell'uso della mano sinistra, a seguito di diverse ischemie. Anche se non ha una grande costanza nel suo utilizzo, trovo che per sia la forma e i materiali utilizzati (elastici), siano molto utile per fare i giusti esercizi. Lo consiglio

Well over priced.Its basically a block of plastic with 3 rubber bands and a roller.was returned straight away.
