Great stuff, has consistency of talc powder (mixes better than the regular grainy stuff). No loading necessary, just take around 5grams before or after working out. Doesn't give me the "runs" like everything else. Expect 4-5 pounds water weight. Almost immediately recovery seems quicker, as well as quicker breaks between sets. Helps you get a better workout in quicker time. This is about my 3rd bottle over the past couple years, and every time I'm pleasantly surprised.
