Does this come with the pop socket as well or just the adhesive?

This is just the adhesive, but it was much stronger than the original adhesive that came with my pop socket.

Will this stick to a specks presidio grip case?

It should stick to any type of material I’d think as long as it’s flat surface. It probably wouldn’t stick as well if the case is bumpy or textured. It does stick well to my silicone style case
