Surprisingly Good. Price was a Luxury buy.
I was surprised at the quality considering it is a shelf stable packaged fish. The filets came out whole, and looked decent. They were moist and tender. The flavor is actually pretty good. The smoke flavor is real. Could use a little more smoke for my tastes. Nothing seemed off. Could off course be better if it was fresher. Price is my only complaint. It was about $13.50 per filet when I purchased. It's more of a luxury buy at this price. I can get 1 pound of fresh smoked fish from the lakes at that price.

Love Salmon
This is a gift. Wont know until December. However, Salmon is a favorite fish!

No smokey flavor and very dry.
I read the reviews before I purchased this product and thought this would be a good tasting smoked salmon. The salmon was dry and had 0 smoke flavor. I don't know how they can even advertise this as smoked salmon. Seemed more like pressure cooked salmon to me. Make sure you have a glass of water with you when you try this product because it is so dry you might get choked up. I have had tuna in a can that tasted better than this salmon. I was not expecting this product to be lox which is very different and much better. The fish was sealed with some water in the packaging but it was still very dry and had no flavor. Don't waste your money on the Sea Bear salmon. The good: My German Shepherd loved it! It is probably the same salmon that comes in the dog food I buy her. The packaging was good. It came vaccum sealed and in nice cardboard boxes. I wish I could tell you how good the salmon was but that would be a bold faced lie. Try a different maybe.

I gave this as a gift. They raved about the pink salmon. Haven’t tried the other 2. I am going to get this for myself.

Too DRY for me.
Product, unfortunately is just too dry. You can taste it in all of them. Gave it a shot just to try some different kinds of smoked salmon.
