I bought four of these, two for my desk and two for my makeup table and they are perfect for my needs. I'm probably going to buy more. There was no screwdriver so I grabbed my junk drawer Phillips and had at them, took maybe 25 minutes to do all four. Yes, they scratch easily and they're not the most beautiful things but if you need inexpensive shelves to add organization space I don't think you can go wrong with these. No sure why but one set came with a pair of white cotton gloves, not exactly the type of product that requires white glove handling. ETA: I spoke too soon - two of the four were missing parts. Replacements are on the way.

I'm enjoying the use of my new desktop bookshelf. It's just pressboard, but it's sturdy enough to hold office items and it coordinates with the color of my desk well enough. I like that I can make it compact or stretch it out. I have limited space on my desk due to my rising desk and this shelf set fits fine in the area I have available.It's barely wobbly, less than expected for such thin material. It's sturdy enough to hold a 10" tall water lantern and a large Yankee Candle jar. All those papers I had strewn across my desk (because I'll get to them "later") fit nicely on the side of the shelf so I reclaimed the writing surface of my desk. A square tissue box fits in the tall portion of the one shelf (I have it sitting horizontally).All-in-all I'm happy with the purchase and look forward to a day when I feel like changing things up to see how many configurations I can implement.

My little kitty passed away and I needed a nice space to put her memorial on my desk. This shelf was absolutely perfect for everything I needed it for, with room to spare.Extremely easy to assemble, on took me 10 mins to put together. I like that it let's you make the cubbies longer or shorter depending on how you move them.

I'm pretty excited about this little shelf. I had a stack of about 25 books that I needed to keep referencing. The desk was getting unruly. I didn't think I'd actually get all of the books on there but much to my surprise, I did, and with room to spare! I'm buying another to flank my computer monitor and deal with the rest of my clutter. This is literally the desktop shelf I've been looking for.

The product in the end is overall a nice product, however it could be better.The box arrives in a brown compact box with minimal package foam (sort of like ikea) and you have to open it and use screws and pictures to put the shelf together (again like ikea).This would be perfectly ok, however, the black shelf that I got scratched easily and chips away the paint, leaving white marks. Before I even had removed my shelf from the box, it had white scratches on it. Then from the process of putting it together, I had left some of my own scratches myself. It’s important to note, that it also scratches very easy on the black shelf so make sure you’re careful if you decide to buy it to minimize blemishes.Another note about directions. There are no markings to easily identify the boards that you need to use and how they should be put together (I screwed some panels together backwards 2 times accidentally and had to triple check everything was right).Besides those things.....after it was all done it was great! It is adjustable and relies on gravity to stay together (you can pull the sides together and apart to adjust for sizes of objects and books)Overall, it’s a good shelf (if you can get over the imperfections). I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, however it’s not disappointing enough for me to return it. It’s an OK shelf, but I’d recommend looking around a little more before deciding to buy this one.

I was afraid this would either be too big or small for my desk but its actually two pieces that can be stacked on top of each other. So you can stack them close to have a smaller width or expand as much as possible. Good price and I have all my figurines and pops on it. Space saving and nice

I love it!!! It fits perfectly on my desk and helps contain my clutter giving me more room for projects. It comes with everything you need to assemble it but my screwdriver was much easier to use. I’m going to buy some double stick tape to keep the two pieces from sliding. Im very happy with my purchase.
