I bought 1 bottle of this Amazon Grocery, Yellow Mustard, Kosher, 8 Oz (Previously Happy Belly, Packaging May Vary). WHY I ORDERED THIS: - Our usual brand of yellow mustard that starts with an "F" has gotten much too expensive in our rural location. - I decided to buy a small 8 oz. bottle of this Amazon brand to see if we like it as much as the "F" brand. THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS: - This Amazon Yellow Mustard tastes just as good as our usual "F" brand, maybe even better! - The little 8 oz. bottle is very cute, and a good size to take on a picnic or small cook-out, I'll be refilling it soon. - Since we use a lot of Yellow Mustard and like this one very much, next time I'll be buying the larger size bottles! THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS: - Nothing, so far. CONCLUSION: - We are super happy with this Amazon Grocery, Yellow Mustard! - It has become our new, pantry staple! - For us, this works great on burgers and hot dogs, and perfect in potato salads and egg salads too! Everywhere you'd want to use a Yellow Mustad. - If you want a Yellow Mustard that is very similar to the "F" brand, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

The bottle size is NOT even large enough for us! I have never used a bottle of mustard this quick ever in my life!!! lol So, because I polished off this bottle of mustard so quickly, I cannot attest for the "shelf-life" unfortunately. It is Yellow Mustard so it is doubtful that is going to go bad on ya. The shelf life according to the date on the bottle is reasonable and good thru awhile. Freshness: Well, if Freshness has anything to do with the Taste? Then this has got to be one of Freshest Yellow Mustards I have ever had. It is really Good Tasting Mustard! It is versatile for use since it is a Fresh Mustard. You do not realize how a Good Tasting Yellow Mustard can give you ideas of how to use it in different dishes. This mustard is sharp tasting as Yellow Mustard should be but not at all high on the heat end but moderately warm. Another EXCELLENT Amazon Grocery Item I cannot stop using. A TRULY GREAT VALUE!!!

I bought this yellow mustard mainly for burgers and sandwiches, and overall it’s been really good. The flavor is tangy and balanced without being too sharp, and it works well with hot dogs, pretzels, and even potato salad. I like that the texture is smooth and easy to spread, and the squeeze bottle makes it convenient to use without making a mess. However, the flavor is slightly milder than I personally prefer, so sometimes I use a little extra. The bottle also empties faster than expected because we use it so often. Still, it’s a solid everyday mustard with a classic taste that pairs well with many foods.

Mustard is mustard, right? WRONG! My family and I have been a French's family for years. I decided to give the Amazon mustard a try and expected it to be "not as good" or "not as well accepted" by my fam. I cannot put my finger on it but this mustard has a better flavor. I almost think it has a touch more turmeric than French's as it's darker in color. The big test. I opened both a French's and an Amazon bottle and set them side by side in the fridge and told the fam to give the new one a try. Well, after only a few weeks, the Amazon is gone and the French's is full. The verdict is on, we are now an Amazon Mustard family. All I can say is............. "try it, you'll like it."
