These cards were actually very handy. The biggest problem I have is organizing the s/s in a question and seeing a dx. I think these cards have helped train my mind to see the possible differentials a little clearer. I use them during my surg rotation while I wait for my attending to dictate/arrive/eat, etc. this is definitely not comprehensive, but is an excellent start and they have enough space to add on more notes. I wish I had bought them earlier.

These cards are awesome for Step 2 CK and the Internal Medicine shelf. They will highlight to you the subtle differences between similar diseases. For someone like myself who needs repetition, these cards are a very efficient way to solidify the knowledge in your mind. There were several questions I knew the answer to on my CK exam only because of these cards. I would use these cards, Master the Boards for Step 2, and the Conrad Fischer Comprehensive Cases videos to study for your step 2 exam.PS: I also bought the notecards for Physical Findings, Pharmacology, and Diagnostic Tests. I cannot recommend those cards. Whereas the three sources I recommended above are very high yield, these three sets of cards are not. You only have so much time to study during the day. Use that time wise.

I love these cards! they are a great tool for preparation for step 2. You can use them while on rotations, waiting in line, the train, etc there are sooo practical and easy to read. They are actually fun to read. Great review and even learning tool. I wish they were a little cheaper but that's just me. I highly recommend them it's definitely worth the purchase. I also wish the section on OBGYN, peds, and psych were more in depth, this is indeed a great review for internal medicine.

These flash cards are great! I've been using them to study during NP school to help focus some of my learning. I can't speak to their effectiveness in USMLE test prep, but as a general study aid, they've been quite helpful in learning how to differentiate between similarly presenting problems. Each flashcard has multiple related questions, and they have served as good jumping off points for further reading and study.

Very handy and to the point. Gives a lot in a very short time. The subject matter is to the point and differential diagnosis help to understand the reasoning behind it.Thanks.

+ve:#The cards are arranged in a nice and comfortable DDx approach with a case and a Q with different additional Sx. (f.e: 17y.o male-headache. a.)+vision abn. b.)+meningeal signs....etc'.) for the beginning may be those cards are nice for a better arrangement of the DDx for yourself.#Fit to Conrad's book MTB.(practice what you read)-ve:#The level of the Q is not so high.#I personally learned 15-20%(!) from the total 100% given from it.#Small amount of Q for some subjects as PED,GYN/OBSI bought them after i almost finished my review but I would advise to buy this for the 1st weeks of the studies and use it after every chapter. (f.e read GI.. go threw the GI cards, when finished mix the cards and go threw all of them again. not more then that..waist of time).Best of luck,Sergei A.

but these werent quuuiiiiiiite what I expected but usable nonetheless. I think the questions are worded kinda funny but after you get through a few, you understand what they are asking for. The construction is also kinda flimsy...if it didnt cost so much I would probably have them laminated. All in all, they are a good resource and Im satisfied with my purchase.
