Easy to put up but the lights are not very bright…. Look good though

I recently bought this item which arrived in good time, looks good and is a solid item which is not too heavy. I installed the mirror and then noticed a small crack which while annoying, was not an issue as its not really noticeable. Put the batt in and nothing. I contacted customer services who confirmed they could not replace it due to the fact I had already installed it which was fair enough. I then asked how we resolve the LED issue as this was my main concern. At this point I thought let me strip the wiring and check it as they were not going to replace it. Tried everything, nothing so I thought I can live with that. I get an email on Monday asking me if I wanted the unit replacing, this was a pleasant surprise. New one has arrived today, all checks done, LED working I'm a happy customer. The customer service especially from Aidan & this company is impeccable and I would most certainly purchase from them again. Regards

Bright good size nice mirror

Basically a good mirror, with bright LED lights, however the on/off switch is the problem. This is covered in neoprene ? (flexible plastic cover) which makes it difficult to use. It should have a touch sensitive switch and not a mechanical one. The mirror arrived extremely well packed which was a bonus and delivery was also very quick.

Good quality and much better value than other brands

Really nice looking mirror, good quality and was easy to put up. The led lighting is pretty bright too, enough to give a nice amount of lighting in the dark…would recommend!

As i had already tiled the room this was to be fitted in i was not able to run power for an i mains lluminated mirror , so i decided on the battery powered option, the packaging this thing arrived in was amazing , i doub't any of the mirrors they send out would arrive damaged , you have the option to mount the mirror either portraight or landscape , the lights are not as bright as the mains powered ones but good enough to light your face when infront of it , the on off switch is a little stiff but this is a minor problem for such a cheap product
