How tall is this Plush?

Twelve inches and he got it last Christmas is still playing with it and it is holding up great. I even washed it!

I’ve had to repair this Sonic in two other occasions because seams have ripped. Today the entire leg fell off. Can this be replaced?

Best to just replace the whole thing. I don't think they sell replacement limbs.
