Fun Book!
Great workbook to help anyone get his or her creativity flowing! We are doing it in a small group of senior citizens and having great fun, playing, laughing and socializing! No skill required! You don’t need to be able to draw a straight line to be an artist! Good for anyone who wants to jump start one’s creativity!

Desperately needs more black artists
I am a high school art teacher and almost all my students are black and hispanic. I bought this thinking it would be a great resource for my students (the girls in particular). While the selected artists are certainly awesome, there's exactly one contemporary black artist featured. Pretty bummed

This is an amazing book to have on your crafty lady shelf. Yes women are important artists & it should be known to us & future generations!! Get it!!!

Wish I'd known about the empty pages ...
Although this book is a much larger page size than I expected, 65 of the 200 pages are blank for you to work on. Not being the kind of person who *actually* works in workbooks, I found this disappointing. However, the information and exercises on the printed pages *is* very interesting, so I'm still happy I bought it. I have no idea what I'll with the blank pages ... the most likely thing is to continue adding more exercises from other artists and teachers.

Un libro que te anima a crear
Es un libro diferente, muy interesante y bello, muy bien escrito y estructurado. Tiene 30 proyectos que se pueden llevar a cabo, y que te dan ideas y activan tu imaginación. No es el típico libro para ir rellenando, da mucho juego y realmente sirve de inspiración. Se nota que la escritora le ha puesto pasión y tiene en que sus lectores aprendan a la hora de ir leyéndolo. La edición está muy cuidada, junto a los ejercicios vienen perfiles de artistas y su historia, cada una de ellas tiene su estilo propio, su disciplina... Son mujeres de diferentes países y edades que muestran su recorrido y sus obras, y sirven de ejemplos de creadoras contemporáneas. Lo recomiendo para toda aquella persona que quiera un libro-experiencia para realizar proyectos que le ayuden a empezar a crear, o a aquellos que se sienten un poco estancados o a todo aquel que simplemente quiera explorar su creatividad.

Fab on first impressions and flick through!
Great book, as advertised. Looking forward to proceeding with the tasks and reading about other female artists. Bought this for inspiration and believe it will not disappoint. Would have been 5* if the spine wasn't damaged.
