I rated this product a 5 because it's the first thing I have tried in a long time that actually works for me! Years back I used to use a product called Solo Slim if I needed to lose a few pounds and get my appetite back in check. It worked great, so of course it was taken off the market. They changed the formula and reintroduced it, so I tried it again, but it didn't work the same at all. I then starting trying various things here and there, and never found anything that worked as well....until now! I just wanted something to curb my appetite and give me a little boost, and A-Rx does that. The only side affect I have experienced is it makes me really thirsty. Solo Slim did that too, and I like that because it makes me drink more water which is a good thing! I only had about 5-7 pounds I wanted to lose, and I have lost 5 or 6 so far and I have been taking this for 2 months. It's so simple because it's just once a day in the morning. The weight loss is gradual for me, because I don't have a lot to lose and I believe it's coming off mostly due to me not eating as much because I don't feel as hungry. I don't know about the other affects, such as raising my metabolism, but whatever it's doing, it's working and I love it! I shop on Amazon all the time, and this is the only review I have ever done so far. I just wanted to say something because there is so much talk of fake reviews for products like this all the time, and I personally really value reading product reviews. Based on my experience with this product so far, I would definitely recommend it to others.

As usual with any product claiming to help you lose weight fast, I was very skeptical when I ordered this product. The overall customer reviews is what persuaded me to try it, and I am so glad I did! I am 47 years old, 5'4" with a slightly muscular build, and have been hovering between 140-143lbs for the past 5-7 years. My goal for the last few years has been to get back down to the 125-130lb mark (the weight I always was when I was in my 20's & 30's). I have tried several other products, and the only one that worked as good as this one was discontinued about 5 years ago, and the others either didn't work, or I hated the jittery feeling they gave so I stopped taking them. This product, however, works great!I purchased A-Rx a couple of weeks prior to vacation this past November. Despite working out and eating right, I was just not losing any weight and was feeling desperate with the thought of putting on a bathing suit! To my pleasant surprise though, I took this product for less than 3-weeks and dropped almost 9 pounds like nothing! I honestly couldn't believe it! The best news is that the product does not make me jittery or make my heart race like so many of the other products out there. I have not taken it since before vacation (over a 6 weeks ago now), but I can say I haven't gained the weight back! I plan to start taking it again to lose the last 4-5 lbs of my goal. Great product!

What an excellent product! I got this for my husband because he’s gained so much weight in the last couple of years. He was eating almost all the time and put on around 150 pounds. He was always so tired and lost all his motivation to do anything about it. So we decided to try this supplement.By the end of the first week, he started telling me how much better he was feeling. He has more energy and has already lost 6 lbs. He says he will keep taking this regularly. I am so excited about it! He’s eating normal sized meals again and doesn’t feel the need to snack anymore. And, the best part, is he feels like going out and doing things with me again.He will continue to use this product and we will have a life again. I will definitely recommend this to everyone!

Has a weird aftertaste but if you get beyond that it works! I take it once In the morning after breakfast and I'm energized and without hunger until dinner. Gives me so much energy that I stopped drinking coffee (and with working 10+ hrs a day I lived on the stuff). It's been about two weeks of taking it with no exercise and Chinese and pizza twice a week but I've lost 5 ibs. For me that's a own considering I've done nothing to burn weight off lately. Before the pills I worked out twice a week with no weight loss or gain...I was just stagnant now I'm slowly getting somewhere. Def worth it! I can't wait to see the results once I add actual workouts to it. Will def buy again!!!

I honestly don't know what I did wrong...here's the thing. I work out 6x a week for an hour or an hour and a half, (cardio, kickboxing, and strength training) and also drink about 135 oz a day. I took these as instructed and had a good meal plan and I never lost a pound! Also no energy changes, no nothing. I'm not saying this doesn't work...it just didn't work for me. It also has the star quality, most talked about ingredient: Garcinia cambogia which is supposed to be a life saver. All of these pos. reviews made me a believer. oh well, I guess I have to try something else.
