My black sedan had tons of swirl marks and light scratches from automatic car washes over the years. I was thinking about a costly paint correction service until I tried Meguiar's Ultimate Compound. This 15.2 oz paint corrector works great on clear coat and single-stage paint. I applied it by hand on a cool weekend morning. Most fine scratches and water spots disappeared after buffing. The paint now has a deep, glossy mirror shine. It didn’t leave any haze on the dark paint. The bottle seals well and won’t dry out quickly. Super happy I did this DIY detail myself instead of paying a shop. Great product for car enthusiasts!🚗

Instead of spending.alot.more money & hard work to clean those plastic headlights that have more Fog than a London morn THIS amazing product with a microfiber cloth can make them look like NEW with very little effort and alot less time! The headlights on my 2013 Honda were looking pretty bad and once I used this product on them zi now can clearly see the car in front of me at nite!! WOW!! they work great and this product does not damage the paint!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I bought it hoping for scratch and bug removal. It does what it says but is a very mild abrasive. It takes a lot of work to get out tough spots. It will shine up a good paint job but don't expect it to get out bad scratches or deep bugs. It didn't hurt anything on our comaro or harley that it contacted accidentally. Fair product.

This stuff actually works! I had stubborn streaks and water spots on my black Escalade from using car soap that wasn’t diluted correctly, and nothing was taking them off. I used this compound with a microfiber cloth and the spots came right out. The paint looks so much better. Definitely recommend!

so I got hit and felt lucky it left a scraped area. this product worked to remove the visible marks, leaving one long clean scratch. I did wash the car after, but needed no water, just rubbed out by hand with a blue paper shop towel. in the end was satisfied because it worked well, was simple, did as good of a job as I could hope for, and ended up being an economical answer to my problem

Someone swiped the side of my truck... I bought matching paint and some clearcoat and figured I'd have to spray bomb it to get rid of the deep scrapes in the paint. But first I used a paint pen and this compound just to see what would happen. Yeah, I'm not spraying my truck now. You can seriously dip your finger in some paint, fill in the scratches, gently scrap off any excess once it's dried with a driver's license, and buff the streaks away with this Mcguiars. It definitely won't be perfect, but it definitely will be better than it was. You really need to get right up against it now to see there was any damage. I put some Mcguiars carnuba wax on after I buffed everything out and I'm satisfied. It's far from perfect but it's such a dramatic improvement.

This stuff is magical.... My hubby had streaks on his black jeep and even washing them didn't do a thing. I bought this for him to try out and he is amazed ... It also took the scratch marks out on his doors. He followed it up with Meguiar's wash and wax too and WOW, what a great shine. The jeep almost looks like it's brand new again. We will never buy anything else! Doesn't take much either, just don't let it completely dry.... Small 2x2 area at a time. I was singing, wax on, wax off... My vehicle is next. Quick shipping too!

Really loved the ease of applying Meguiar's product and it seems to work well even with a polishing DA machine. Handy to have one in the garage at all times.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per lucidare la mia auto Nera dopo ben 3 passate devo dire che ha tolto l80 percento dei difetti sono soddisfatto del risultato migliora anche la lucentezza della vernice ovvio che non fa miracoli !! Ma migliora la situazione.. in ogni caso vi consiglio di fare una prova su una piccola porzione di vernice o quello che si vuole lucidare per vedere eventuali reazioni strane.. per grosse superfici ad esempio cofani e portiere di auto vi consiglio di procedere a piccole aree alla volta e di farlo in un luogo chiuso perché il prodotto tende a seccare presto rovinando il lavoro questo poi dipende se lo passate a mano o con uno strumento meccanico io che sono inesperto ho provato a mano, il risultato è buono ma ovviamente non sostituisce un lavoro fatto da un bravo carrozziere, concludo dicendo che se la vostra auto presenta ossidazione macchie d'acqua o di resina o graffi di piccola entità non profondi allora il prodotto è ottimo ma per problemi più gravi.. rivolgetevi a professionisti.

Very effective at restoring paint work. Have used this on paint work which had not been looked after for some time - was dull and stained. Oxidisation is easy to polish out with this product, deep stains were not so easy, and takes quite a few applications. But, that's what I'd expected. Overall, this will greatly improve the appearance of neglected paint, with no expert skills required.
