Is this 2% or 5%. Amazon confuses both percentages on this ad page?

I believe Amazon sells both 2% and 5% Minoxodil. The 2% needs to be applied twice daily. The 5% (which they say is for men) is applied once daily. I'm using the 2% and getting excellent results.

Is 5% safe for women?

Thank you for your question. We manufacture a minoxidil 5% foam product for women. Should you have any additional questions feel free to contact us back.

Hasn't the FDA said that 5% is alright to apply once a day for women?

Hi, thank you for your question about Amazon Basic Care Minoxidil Topical Solution USP, 2% Hair Regrowth Treatment for Women. We manufacture a women's foam version on the Minoxidil 5% that is for use by women.

Hi, if I start using this product and discontinue, will the regrown hair fall off?

Hi, thank you for your question about the Basic Care Minoxidil. Continued use of the product is necessary to increase and keep your hair regrowth, or hair loss will begin again. If you would like additional information, please let us know and we would be happy to further assist you.
