I started spinning one of these 3 months ago and it's still going. What does that mean?

It means your hallucinating... 5 minutes is near impossible, 3 months just isn't happening. Check with a physician if you think that's actually happening.

Will this top help make sense of the last scene in Inception?

No, it will not help make sense of the last scene. To make sense the top needs to spin. Spinning this top is almost impossible.

How long does this actually spin

It’s a normal top so as long as you spin it in a specific way it will go for a good 20-45 seconds. The weight from the material it’s made of makes it spin longer than say a plastic one.

So it's real titanium?

It would cost more if it were 100% pure titanium. The amount of metal alone would be worth more than what they’re selling these things for and then the process of making them would make it worth a lot more since working with titanium is very difficult. So, there might be just enough to say it has titanium legally but definitely not 100% pure titanium
