Hey this stuff works. It doesn't cause any cramping or pains. I only took half the recommended dose before I went to bed. Taking only 1/2 the dose didn't have me up within 30 mins or going all night. It allowed me to rest an by the time I woke up in the morning I had to run to the bathroom. Its very gentle on the stomach. No icky cramps or pains or vomiting. The taste is definitely cherry. Its a little bit chalky taste but not so bad because its more of a smooth chalkiness that is overpowered by the cherry flavor an its not hard to swallow at all. I will definitely be keeping this stuff in the medicine cabinet instead of those ones that cause cramps. Just do keep you some tucks pads on hand because it will clean you out.

I had a hysterectomy 6 days ago and hadn’t had a bowel movement since 3 days prior to surgery even with daily use of Colace and added a nightly drink of MiraLAX. The pressure was getting uncomfortable. After not being able to bare down because of the surgery, I wanted fast relief. I had been up and down all night last night trying to go the bathroom and ordered this before 5am with delivery between 10-3 today. It arrived by 12:30, I immediately took the bottle, shook it because there had been a few comments about chalky texture/taste, so I figured I’d see if shaking it would mix it. It was light pink and definitely very cherry flavored with minimal chalkiness. I took the lower dose & within 3 hrs I was finally having relief. I’m now 4 hrs in and still having to go back into the bathroom maybe every 30 minutes and feeling so much better now. The bottle size and value is a good deal where I’m located. It’s completely safe to use as directed.

I bought this in anticipation of my impending colonoscopy. They said to start taking it a week before the procedure to make sure things were really moved out. This was taken at like 10pm Sunday night, taste was much easier to get down than a lot of protien shakes. The guidlines are kinda wild about 60 or 30 on the measuring cap for an adult. I assure you- I am very glad I went with the 30. It has been almost 2 days now and thankfully I haven't had any accidents in my sleep, but I assure you I have been on the run since I woke up for work on Monday. I am afraid of what might have happened if I did go wild and just assume the 60 was an ok dose. It works. I was seeing my breakfast move out by lunch time. It usually takes days. Be careful out there folks!

I will give it 10/10. Folks, do not look at the price. It absolutely works. This is the only laxative that saved me. The impact kicked in around 5-6 hrs time. I am fully relieved.

Very nice taste, took recommended dosage, and waited. 3 hours later, it was effective with no harsh cramping. HOWEVER….the effect lasted much longer than desired. I took it at 11:00 am on a Tuesday, and I was still experiencing its effects late Wednesday. I wasn’t ready to be chained to the bathroom for a day and a half. Worked too well?

I’d give this 100 stars if I could. My 12 yr old has had a hard stool stuck for about a week. She won’t let me try any enema or suppository and we were nervous about any laxatives because of the situation. We’ve been doing miralax 1-2 times per day (per her pediatrician). Two days ago she tried to go to no avail. Continued miralax and today we added this. 5 hours later, she had the urge and she said she barely had to push. 1 clogged toilet later.. and she’s back to her old self. She said it didn’t cause any discomfort either. And the taste wasn’t bad. This will be our go to for now on!

So I had been backed up for a few days and this came at just the right time. I took a single dose in the afternoon, and by the next morning I was back to normal. I didn’t have an as extreme reaction as some others, but my guess is that I took a lower dosage than them. Taste isn’t ideal, but it’s not cherry cough medicine bad, and can be easily washed out with some water

This is the best thing ever for pregnancy constipation. Even better and faster then the pill. Not the worst taste at all but a little hard to keep down initially with pregnancy nausea. I recommend taking it with nausea medicine if you struggle with that just so you can keep it down long enough to work. Once your stomach settles you should drink some water or electrolytes to help. For me it took about two hours and I took the 30ml dose and it honestly felt like the best cleanse of my life after suffering from slowed digestion during my pregnancy. Honestly one of the most relieving days in months. 1000/10 would recommend if you are dealing with this or any other difficult constipation. It does keep working for about 6-8 hours esp after you eat or drink so I would use this on a day off at home. It caused much less cramping and pain then the pill and although 30 minutes is unlikely you will likely see relief in 1-3 hours. Good luck out there lol
