I have stick straight eyelashes and have to curl them. Does this mascara hold a curl?

I really didn't think this stuff was going to work as pretty much nothing I have tried has really worked, My eyelashes are almost non-existent, I have to curl them with a lash curler as they are dead straight and I usually have to pile on layers of mascara to get it to look like anything is there at all. I opened the packet and following the instructions, cautiously applied one layer to my lashes and it looked pretty good, lashes were very long and thick and curved beautifully upwards, I wanted to add another coat as my lashes are so thin but thought I had better leave it to see what happened. I went to sleep and when I got up in the morning the lashes still looked great - no flaking, no smudging just perfectly curved and glamorous. I applied another coat and they looked even better, outrageously good actually. I have been working 24/7 on a project with a deadline and haven't touched them for 2 days and they still look like I have just walked out of a beauty salon. I still can't believe or understand how this product works but I am sold.I'm very pleased with this product! I've tried 1 or 2 falsie-type mascaras and have been disappointed in addition to wasting $30.. I like to curl my eyelashes before I apply mascara & the other falsie-type mascaras pull the curl out. I was curious to see what would happen with this product & figured I could try it for $13. I followed the directions so I did apply my regular mascara first (after curling my eyelashes).The gel & fibers didn't pull the curl out of my eyelashes.

Question 2

Will this product give you racoon eyes? I am a massage therapist so I tend to get very hot doin 5-7 clients daily.I need something that will not run.

I have not have that problem either. I agree, there may be some flakes if too much is applied; however, if you make sure to cover all the fibers, it won't have flakes throughout the day. I only had problems with the flakes right after applying; but, I gently brush them off with a beauty sponge that's been damped. Honestly, this product if applied correctly, they wont budge unless they are under like hot water or have been wet for a long time. So, no this product won't give you racoon eyes.
