If you are going to use Medisoft, this book seems to be a very good reference guide for basic information and concepts and for step-by-step procedures. Sometimes we don't do some task regularly and we might forget how something is done... this book can be useful in those cases.

Fast shipping in good condition but that package was in HORRIBLE condition, it was just wrapped in a recycled paper bag; thank God it was in the mailbox and not the rain.

The book I ordered was in excellent condition and had all the extras. Service was prompt well with in the time frame I expected. Will do business with Chick's Picks again if they have what I need in text books.

THe book arrived in a timely manner, good condition, but it did not include the access card..Something I need. So I give it a score of three. Maybe even a 2.5.(.half points for half the material..but thats the risk when buying a used book.) Im going to contact the seller..maybe they can provide me with the acess code.

The book was in great condition no highlighting and was a low low price and was shipped to me quickly in time for my classes

I did not get the access code that was suppose to come with the book. That was the only reason I ordered this book because it says that the book comes with the access code.
