What is the diameter of the handles? My hands are on the small side.

The LENGTH IS NOT THE DIAMETER. Please, READ THE QUESTION. Is the DIAMETER 1.5" or 1.2"?

What is the maximum weight each handle will hold

I tried to side bend about 120-130, and I could feel the handle bending and warping, and stopped. Next time I tried to use the handle, it ripped. So, less than 130.

No they do not come with carabiners most band systems will have them with It
