Outstanding value
Didn't like the packaging that I received my product in. All three of them had the top caps damaged to poor weak packing. Once this product is opened I will not be able to use the top cap again.

Doesn’t have any cooling effect
Don’t buy this product if you are looking for something that makes your scalp cool after wash. Didn’t expect this from a Dove product.

Not as advertised
The product provides no real cooling relief at all.
