Will it work on arms also??will it cover the hands stretch marks??

It has a light texture but i would recommend to go for foundation instead of this

will it work fr hiding a few scars and strech marks

Yes it has good coverage and doesn't look like make up. May not give complete coverage but will make them less visible.

Is it waterproof ?? Can I wear it while on a beach ??

Personally I didn't like it...As it was very dark for my skin..Plus coverage was not tht good.. it claims to be waterproof but I haven't tried it..

Does it cover boil marks on the legs ???

Not totally but it it does cover minor to average pigmentation to some extent
