It does! It has a little pocket inside the back cover. I keep obscene post-it notes in there, but you could also use it for business cards.

What size is the ruling? Narrow would be about 6mm?

NO IT ISN'T! Both the other answers are incorrect, as A5 is 210mm x 148mm; the pages in this notebook are 210mm x 130mm. One of the incorrect answers couldn't even get their misleading information correct!

What gsm is the paper?

Not sure what GSM but it's definitely nothing decent like 90 or 100GSM. Any sort of colour bleeds through horribly.
