Industrial Bookshelf, Etagere Bookcases and Book Shelf 5 Tier Shelves, Grey Wood and Metal Shelving Unit (Dark Gray Oak)

This bookcase is very solid. I use it for my natural geographic collection and those things are heavy the little braids that I have under every shelf really help Support cut the weight and adjustable feet make it actually perfect for my basement that has a crooked floor the assembly took maybe 30 minutes and it looks beautiful as well once you use the feet on the bottom to adjust it then it aligns perfectly and also becomes very slowly. It doesn't move or shakes once you start adding the books even more solid.

I just assembled my 3rd one by myself and it was completely done in under an hour. Very simple assembly and directions are clear and straightforward. It has adjustable pegs for leveling and the shelves are overall very sturdy. The size is perfect for what I need, I use these to display my Lego sets, and they work perfectly without taking up too much space in the room. I did notice this time around that the long side pieces come in 2 parts now which must be slid together and secured. It appears this is due to a change in the packaging, and the assembly was slightly different than older ones, but this did not affect the functionality or appearance in comparison to the older style. They all line up and match perfectly even though 2/3 are a few years old and 1 is brand new. I have a few furniture pieces from BON AUGURE and they are all great quality for the price. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a shelving unit!

When the shelf arrived, I immediately started assembling it but ran into the issue of only being able to get 3 of the leveling feet to screw in properly. The 4th hole on the bottom of the metal shelf frames seemed to be warped or at an angle and it took me a long time to get it to thread, but it would still only turn one time before completely stopping and wasn't going in straight. The assembly instructions say to e-mail the manufacturer and they will respond within 24 hours, so I e-mailed them and heard back quite quickly with them offering to send a new part if I was willing to give my full mailing address and phone number (they are located in China). It only took a few days to receive the part, which worked just fine. I am extremely pleased with the shelf. It looks really nice and was easy to put together once I had all the working pieces. The manufacturer was constantly in contact via e-mail the entire time, letting me know when they would be shipping the part and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and happy, offering other compensation for my trouble as well; but all I wanted was a working part. I would definitely purchase items made by them again.

TLDR: Good purchase, very happy with it. Was it easy to assemble? Yes. First things first, even though the instruction recommends to have another person helping, it's realistic to assemble it solo. Assembly itself isn't hard, the instructions are simple and clear... Reminds me of Ikea (never understood folks who have issues with that). More than that, unlike many this product comes with a bag of extra screws for each instance in case you lost or need an extra one. Why 4 starts instead of 5. Installing the shelves was a bit tricky and there's some miss alighment when it comes to the holes, but it's not a roadblock, just... Take the shelf off and try screwing it in again. Sturdiness. It's. Definetley sturdy, theres a lot of shelf support. In no way shape or form will go down. I'm addition you can adjust the hight of the bottom knobs for uneven surfaces Value for money. Hard to say since there's not a lot of products I can compare it to. However taken my satisfaction with the assembly, sturdiness and design, I give it a 5 stars.

This is by far one of the best items I have ever purchased from Amazon! The packaging was well thought out and instructions for assembly were clear. Each part was individually wrapped and clearly marked. The set-up time took a little over an hour. I spent a few weeks researching what kind of shelving unit I wanted for our living room and am so grateful I decided on this one. It is just perfect! It's very sturdy, can hold many items and is beautiful to look at. I highly recommend!

It is a great purchase. I use this for books and yarn I will say the design of the shelf is great however if you plan to put books on it you will need book ends

The first shelf arrived damaged which was annoying. The packaging needs to be more protective as whomever put it in the truck, slammed it on something metal which caused the metal to bend. The second one arrived in perfect condition other than one pole for the back of the shelf. It was *impossible* to get the screw into the hole and into the shelf. The whole thing was already put together, though, so I just cut my losses because I do love the shelf and it goes nicely in my home. The pole goes up against the wall, anyway. Easy to assemble, directions are clear. Very sturdy and nice quality!

Beautiful, sturdy shelf.
