KORIN FlexPack Pro is a very high quality backpack. It's got a kind of odd and yet sexy squarish shape with water resistant material. I really like the security features of this backpack; actually there are three main ones I like. I travel frequently to San Jose for work and sometimes I check-in the backpack as well. I love the zipper. It's made by YKK and called "8RCW" with the double coil chain feature, 3x stronger, preventing someone illegally opening the bag with sharp object like a ballpoint pen. The zipper is easy to open; seller replied an improvement was made to address the zipper issue reported by previous reviewer. Second and third security feature are TSA lock and retractable metal wire lock. They are very handy when I step away my chair to restroom while in a restaurant at the airport. I feel alot safer now when I am at airport or when I need to check-in with this bag.The bag is spacious. It holds my Macbook Pro and has plenty of space to keep my 2-3 days of clothing. There are many convenient storage for my laptop battery, USB/mobile charger and cable, wireless headset, portable USB battery charger, spare eye glasses, ...etc; another nice thing about the interior is the additional padding of the soft microfiber for these dedicated electronic devices.The bag also comes with a RFID blocking sleeve. Have yet to use it but I definitely will take advantage of it by putting my "george costanza's exploding" wallet in the TSA-lock bag instead of my pant's back pocket in next travel.Expandable Thermal Insulation Pouch really solves another travel problem for me. It's great that I can put iced cold beverage, or any temperature sensitive or even wet/dry items inside the pouch. I have arthritis and inject Humira every two weeks. If I have a long trip more than two weeks, I would have to carry a cooler bag to hold the Humira Syringe. This thermal pouch saves me from carrying another bag. It's a great feature that I can use. I am sure my friends would say I would travel with wine as well.There are many good features I like on this bag; but there is one area that bothers me a bit when I carry it for longer duration. The padding area of the shoulder straps are a bit short. The non-pad area of the shoulder traps rub against my body sides. The pad area could be longer and/or add the curve shape padding before the non-pad area (like those on Tumi backpack).Overall it's a great backpack and I really like three security features of this bag.

Great bag but the delivery took quite some time.

The zipper is quite stiff at the top and get's stuck on the lining. After some use the lining started to peel off due to the zipper.

This laptop bag was a lifesaver for me on my month-long trip overseas. I was looking for a lightweight bag, with very good security features at a decent price and this model met every one of my needs. After using it as my primary bag for that trip and subsequent <week trips, I have the following notes.1. Security functions are top-notch. The RFID pouch does what it needs to, the locking mechanisms are solid, the integrated bike-lock-style cable is a VERY handy feature, and the surfaces are indeed cut-resistant.2. The bag holds enough for most users. I carried a 13-inch Dell XPS, a small Samsung tablet, my Kindle, an external hard drive, my adapters, cables, etc. and had plenty of room for the power brick, a small sling bag with Passport, etc., and flash drives.3. The bag is pretty light even loaded up completely. Never felt like I was going to pull something picking it up.4. I didn't use the insulated holder hardly at all. It functions fine, I just wanted the interior space back, so didn't really use it.5. I wish there was at least one externally accessible pocket to hold keys, phone, etc. when sending the bag through the X-ray machine at the airport. Opening up the bag to use the internal pockets, or cramming it in the side pockets was a little unwieldy. This doesn't mean I think it is a deficiency, just a personal preference.All in all, I am very happy with the bag, and I am VERY happy with the sellers. The bag was missing the rain cover and RFID pouch when it was delivered, so I contacted them through Amazon. Within a couple of hours, I had a response through Amazon and communication via WhatsApp. They overnighted the items to me from overseas so that I would have them in advance of my overseas trip. Turned out to be very helpful, because of all the rain I ended up being in. The bag is water resistant, but with the rain cover on, you can go through pretty much a hurricane-type rain and the bag will be dry. Very, very impressed with the sellers and highly recommend them.

There is so much to say about this backpack!Overall the quality is so good, the material feels of good quality, it is water resistant (I've already walked under the rain with it and nothing went through and it dried easily). It feels VERY comfortable even when at full capacity.Now about the capacity, it is more spacious than I originally thought, especially when the water compartment is closed.- It has a laptop compartment, I can fit my 13" retina MacBook Pro with or without its sleeve easily and still has some space for papers in the same compartment.- It has a tablet compartment that says will fit 10" tablets, I can fit my 9.7" iPad but if I add the apple smart keyboard, it still fits but VERY tight, Not sure a bigger tablet would fit with a case. Below this is another open pocket that could fit your laptop charger or anything else you want.- It has two side pockets with zippers and smaller pockets inside to carry anything you want and one of them is made to attach an external battery (preferably one that doesn't need to be turned on every time e.g I have a RAVpower 22.000mAh but I need to open the bag and turn it on first to be able to use the external outlet so KEEP THIS IN MIND before purchasing an external battery to use it here).- In the outside, it has two side pockets with reversible zippers (or opposite zippers) so you can open the pockets in two different directions. one of them is to access the extra collapsible compartment. That is also very spacious I can fit two water bottles easily.- Of course the lock, that works like a charm and gives you that sense of security with the retractable steel wire coil to secure it and no one else can take your bag if you are not looking.It would have been nice to have some small card pockets in the straps or a hidden back pocket, but I guess the main idea is security and to keep everything inside, also no luggage fixing strap, but it's not a big deal for me at least.I attached some pics and a video to better illustrate.Also, the package arrived on time, and although I didn't get any user manual, this seller was very prompt to answer any inquiry I had and the customer service went way beyond expected for me, so Kudos for that!
