Is it suitable for girls? I am petite (125 pounds, 5'2) and want to exercise for my breast and arms.

Dear customer, of course, it's also suitable for women, helping you build fuller and firmer breasts. Just get the lowest resistance bar. Thank you.

Will this give me a strong chest when I mix it with Pushups? I cannot use weights..

Yes but buy the correct amount of resistance I can bench 250 but the 110 resistance is to strong for me I need the lighter 90 pound resistance to get the full contraction

Will this help with rounded shoulders/posture too?

I would think so. It strengthens back, shoulder and chest muscles

What advantages does this equipment have over performing push-ups, pull-ups using purely one's own body weight for resistance?

It’s possibly more intense for your chest than push ups.
