Great tasting and healthy snack in a convenient package

High in protein and a bunch of healthy things like Omega 3's, these sardines make an uber-healthy snack in the afternoon, or a quick breakfast on the run. Just a pinch of salt and I'm good to go.FYI, over the past several months, the prices charged by Amazon have been comparable with those of Costco.

Good fish, bad can.

The sardines are good, however the can is very hard to open without making a mess.

Very nice - Sardines in "general" have a reputation for being very salty. NOT THESE!! This product has very limited salt and Great flavor. Packed in a rather good tasting olive oil, much preferred over water. I have consumed these straight out of the can - terrific, then tried the oil and consumed that too. When my supply gets low will be buying again!
