Will this decal fit on the 12.9 iPad Pro 2020?

The decal is low quality. The original vendor for this had a high quality decal but was overtaken by junk from China like every good thing that Amazon tries to ruin.

We ordered this but were not asked the size of our macbook air, which is the 13" (13.3). is that the default size?

Yes the default is 13". The listing states "Pictured on the 13 inch MacBook. For other sizes please contact us immediately after purchasing."

would this fit on an ipad?

It wouldn't be long enough to cover the space in between the Apple logo and the edge of the iPad.
