Tastes like bubble gum. Felt energetic through out the work out. I liked the packaging as well. The seal was on strong. I like that it has Creatine already included in it. Almost no recovery issues such as muscle cramping or excessive soreness. Would have been 5-star if it didn't use Sucralose.

Nutrition-wise, Ergonine's profile is perfect! It can replace your creatine, pre-workout, or post-workout supplement. Or even ALL of them together.If you want to build a basic yet very well rounded essential stack, it would consist of: Multivitamins, Fish Oil (Omega-3), Whey Protein, & Athletix Ergonine.So why 4 stars?Because the Nanaberry flavor I got was extremely sweet, it nauseates me!The flavor of banana+berry isn't bad. It's the sweetness that gets me.I just wish they drop the amount of sucralose they are using by something like 25%.

This is a great pre-workout supplement and has 9 proven ingredients to help you power through at the gym. it mixes great and the Nanaberry flavor is pleasant, not too sweet or too tart. I've been taking it for about a week now and think it has been an effective addition to my routine. It is nice to be able to take one scoop of a supplement versus multiple products. One scoop of Ergonine provides a clinical dosing of Calcium (as α-Hydroxyisocaproate Calcium Salt), Creatine Anhydrous, Betaine Anhydrous,SynerGlut Blend, L-Alanine, L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate,Hydroxy-Isocaproic Acid, and more.

Taste is a little odd, but a solid product. Ingredient profile is second to none.

Good product, good taste, and solid ingredient profile. Only downside is that the powder has an affinity to clump so be sure to keep the silica moisture absorbing packet in the container. Would recommend.
