Using The Mental Keys To Polish The Wheel
Product ID: 11649500
Michael Anthony's book "The Mental Keys to Improve Your Golf" has helped thousands of golfers to improve their mental game. Michael's audio CD "Using The Mental Keys To Polish The Wheel" has two parts. Part One will help you to get mentally prepared to play while driving to the golf course. While driving home, Part Two will help you to review what happened during your round and make the necessary mental adjustments to lower your score the next time you play. Used together "The Mental Keys" book and this "Polish The Wheel" audio CD will help you to dramatically improve your mental game and lower your score. You don't need a new wheel; just keep polishing the wheel in front of you until it shines. Review: Learn from a Gold Medalist - If you can learn to be process focused instead of outcome focused you will have better outcomes. Counterintuitive but true. The author is a Gold Medalist, so you can take it to the bank. Review: Good message, so so delivery. - while I enjoyed his book this doesn't leave me with the same feeling. The message that he presents is very worhtwhile and helpful, but he would have been better off to have someone else write and record the cd. It needs a more professional touch.

Very Effective Over Time!
This is a great resource...but only if you use it consistently. I have it in the car and listen to it everything I am by myself and sometimes with my boys if they can tolerate it! :)

Best Mental Aid to Golf I have ever found
Someone once said "Golf is 90% mental and the other 10% is mental also!". The 4 step routine and other tips and truths in the book and this CD are the best mental help I have ever found for golf. If I do not use them - I can really stink up the course. If I have the discipline to use them I play MUCH better. It not easy - it is definitely WORK but it works. I am buying a copy of this CD for my friends so we call all play better golf.
