The BF-8 camera captures high quality 8-megapixel colour photos by day and black-and-white photos at night, and is also capable of recording 10 to 90 seconds video clips with sound. A removable SD / SDHC card is needed to store images and footage from the camera. The BF-8 game camera features lockable bodyshell with tripod mount, removable internal camera body with 8 million pixels image sensor for capturing high resolution images, and 5 zone sensor for even faster trigger speeds and more centered images. The distance detection sensor can be adjusted from 5' to 50' and the multi-shot mode allows for capturing up to four pictures per detection. Date, time, temperature and moon phase can be stamped and printed on each photo. The camera has an incredible battery life when powered by 6 x AA alkaline batteries and even more when using the rechargeable lithium battery. For extra long recording times the camera also have a 12V power source jack and a solar panel jack for optional solar energy panel.
