WORKED PERFECTLY
Effortless creamy buttermilk created overnight. Culture woked exactly as described and now I use the buttermilk it made to create more over and over. Buy it once and you have an endless supply of natural buttermilk with mo additives.

This is the smallest amount you can imagine.
Also, it said I should freeze it when I got it but did not come with a cold pack. I will not buy it again.

Good stuff
I made a quart of this despite the instructions warning to start slow. I start my cultures in the fast lane. Worked perfectly.
