Gout. Gout diet and gout treatment. Guide to gout natural remedies, home remedies, diet, treatment, prevention, recipes, current research. Kindle Edition

Loved the practical advice this book gives. Haven't had a flareup since buying the book. Emphasis on limiting sugar and excessive meat is what helped us.

This book did help a lot. But really doesn't give recipes as stated. It reiterate several times in the book. It was interesting to read about the history of gout and states several foods that should not be eaten by gout patients.

this no frills book on Gout is exactly what I was looking for. My dad was just diagnosed with Gout and I was looking for a book that would help him ease into taking better care of himself with food switches and home remedies alongside the doctor prescribed medicine. This book is that!

It really does not give recipes, it gives suggestions.

There was nothing that I disliked about this product. Reading this book I found out how damaging gout can be.

Very informative.
