Phosphatidylcholine 1,200mg (420mg PC), Memory & Liver, 210 Softgels

The soft gels are a bit on the large size. Maybe like an 800mg ibuprofen but in a soft gel so you know it'll be a bit more bulky for lack of a better word. Other than that, when I take it, I find it easier to swallow if it's placed vertically instead of horizontally on my tongue. I take it when I eat...and no it's never the same time every day. I am falling asleep earlier than anticipated. If this is supposed to help with regular bm then it does just that. I feel like it's effective for what I am taking it for. It stays in your system, I do believe for only 24hrs at a time. So for the duration of me taking this supplement, maybe a week or so now, I have a really good feeling about this product helping my liver do what I have caused it not do at this time.

Works very well. I have been noticing the difference for years since I began taking it. I do nutrition research and the science speaks for itself as to this supplement.

I love this product. I started taking this after I had brain surgery. I couldn't speak. I could only say my name and it was key for my brain recovery. I continue to take it and I can speak clearly my brain is still recovering. I don't have the memory that I used to have, but it is coming back to me. It's a lifelong recovery with brain injury, but it is worth it, and there are no downsides to taking this medication I don't worry about the size. I just take a lot of water and just pop it right in. I have tried and used a number of supplements to try to clear out the brain fog. As an older man and my seventies is an important to keep my brain working actively and sharply. I have tried as I've said other supplements with some success. Phosphatidyl serene would be one. And I think that you can Plateau on these things where they don't work as well as they once did. So I'm using this one and I am I think having some success with it. And it is starting to clear out the brain fog. One of the things you have to consider when you take supplements is that it may take a little while for it to get in your system so it starts to activate. You can't take one of these supplements, for example glucosamine chondroitin for joint support which took me 6 months before I felt any good results. But you can't take these things and expect results in a day or two generally. It has to stack inside your body to where you get enough of it in there where your body starts to change something for the better. And I think this is true of this supplement. But I believe that phosphatidylcholine can help me regain some of my memory and retention and quick thinking which I generally have. So, so far so good. And I will update as time goes by. But this is showing promise for me and I'm already beginning to think a little more clearly. And quickly.

I had just finished another product (solgar) which has comparable levels but was no longer available. Just started this brand and find it to be good quality, none gmo and produced in a gmp (regulated) facility. Like the single dose requirement, good value.

This stuff is AMAZING. It perks both me and my husband up physically and mentally and is also calming. It's taken in the morning with food. I wish we had discovered it long ago, but better late than never. I tutor Spanish and German here at home, and I gave a few pills to a young male student (29) and a much older female one (86) so they could try it. They were both blown away and will be sure to order some. We have no bad effects at all, only good ones. By the way: I'm 80, and my husband is 82. Besides the teaching I do, David and I also edit books for authors and get them published on Amazon, so we need all the brain help we can get. This plus phosphatidyl serine make a great pair. The p. serine works mainly on the brain, but the p. choline works on the brain, body, and mood. We noticed a big change when we started taking the p. choline a few weeks ago. It’s always difficult for me to give a review on most Herbs and Suplements. Not for this one! I ‘ve learned about PS ( Phosphatydile Serine) some years ago, and I’ve been using it off and on with very good, visible results. Recently I learned about the importance Choline has for our bodies, and I started to buy this version (PC, I suppose). I alternate between the two now. Whenever I catch myself having difficulty retrieving the name of something or someone, I buy another bottle of Phosphatydile Serine, or Phosphatydile Choline and, in about two weeks, I can see the difference. No more difficulties remembering names. So, it works great for me.

They works. It helps with digestion, I believe they increase bile flow. No regrets.

I would have loved to use this -It is a very good product- however my sense of smell is too strong. Thus I could not take it. I had to return it.
