It works!
The advice in this book works. Anytime I get a headache, the remedy works for me. In my journey for healing myself and my family of ills brought on by devitalized foods of commerce, this book can help. I've also noticed a rhyme and reason for some of the foods that are suggested to heal particular ailments, such as cayenne contains magnesium which is good for blood circulation for the heart and uterus. There are many other examples, but that's just the one off the top of my head. I've had this book for awhile and so far so good! A table of contents would help as well, but there is a list at the end of foods that help with various ailments. If you don't want to take potentially toxic pharmaceuticals, check this book out. It just might help you.

Hope They Don't Run Out!!!!
Oh don't get all excited. All there is in this book are a bunch of medical miracle remedies. That's all. Just a bunch of miracles. Nothing too big. Everything I tried in this booked worked or worked on one thing while curing/fixing something else that I didn't even ask to be fixed or remedied. But oh well! Those are the breaks. That's it! Simple stuff. Nothing big, just a bunch of remedies that work really well. I got really mad about the one for back pain. It worked on my back pain, but then it gave me a lot of energy that I didn't even ask for. Yeah, I needed a pick me up, but did I ask for some energy that I really needed? NUooooo! But that's what I got anyway! Energy! Geeez! Well I guess it was a 2-for. Then again, as long as I didn't have to pay double for the double remedy, then FINE!Too, get everybody this book for Christmas so you don't have to buy'em anything else!

Excellent, concise and too the point.
An excellent book with cures alphabetically listed, not to wordy but concise. Not for the person who like lots of details. However the information is invaluable where health is concerned.
