How long are the brushes, and can you hook this up to a drill motor?

Marc from RaceWax: All snowboard rotobrushes are 300 mm or 11.8” long. The end connects to a drill, yes. The axle spins inside the handle. Thanks

Is there a sheild? If not were or what should i purchase?

The one that I purchased does not have a shield. I do not notice very much dust from using the brush.

Can you buy the snowboard brushes and still use them on Alpine skis?

I use these for both Skis and Snowboards. Sometimes i put lots of wax on, then hit it with the white brush, then comeback and hit with brown to polish.

will 3 100mm brass brushes fit on this axle? can you please make a 300mm brass brush for this axle?

Marc from RaceWax: My factory is working on a prototype 300 mm brass snowboard brush for me to test. Likely available over the summer or next fall. Thanks

Just buy it! Stop brushing by hand!

I’ve been hand-brushing my boards for the last 6 years. I finally splurged and picked up this kit to see if they were really worth the money and HOLY COW are they!I save a ton of time now. I no longer have to get so much wax off while scraping before moving to the roto brushes. You can get to roughly 80% of what you’d normally remove then hit it with the brushes and you’re done. The finish is excellent. Super slick and you can really see the structure.Pro-Tip: unless you’re rocking a really nice cordless drill then a corded drill is the way to go. Spinning all that brush mass plus running it against the base drains batteries quick.
