yes, my pistol has the pic rail on the frame, and fits fine. Manufacture recommend only standard 1911 Gov't. My 10MM 1911 Gov't has a diff profile and it does Not fit, even though looks the same as Gov't model. Holster is pretty good copy and works well for me in this style, but the stud for the closure came off and had to fix it with some leather craft stuff to make a new stud, sort of..
