Perfect Travel Boot for Winter.
I ordered these after reading many reviews and watching many videos comparing the 500s to the 550s. Wore them on a trip to Chamonix where the conditions went from snow to slush to rain to frozen sheet of ice. Grippy soles kept me upright and reinforced leather kept my feet dry in very wet conditions--I felt bad for my husband and son, who didn't have them and went around with soaked feet. Per the health app on my phone, I logged 5-10 miles a day in these with little foot fatigue. I need a lot of arch support, which these have, but I added a pair of OTC athletic ones too. I waver between a 6-6.5 in American women's shoes. I got the AU 4 (U.S. women's 6.5) and the heel slipped a little when I walked. The inserts helped with this. They broke in very quickly as well. At the end of the trip, we spent two days in Geneva--very hilly with cobblestone streets. We couldn't find our hotel, so spent a lot of time in these schlepping luggage up and down stairs and over uneven terrain. Again, did not disappoint. They look really cute with skinny jeans, leggings and dresses with tights. Definitely worth the money.

Perfect fit for a size women 7US (size 4 AU)
I purchased size 7 women/ 5 men. They fit perfect! I usually wear size 7US. They come with an extra set of insoles which is perfect if you want to wear thicker socks. Perfect fit!

È il secondo paio che acquisto a distanza di poco meno di un mese, per avere il cambio in altro colore. Tanto sono comodi e belli che il primo paio nero con elastico rosso, non le più smesse. Così ho acquistato anche il marrone - sempre 550- che sono foderati e stracomodi. Stivaletti che rendono piacevoli le lunghe camminate. Ho il piede magrissimo ma ho preso il mio solito numero e devo dire che ci sto meravigliosamente bene ( comunque sono dotati di suoletta extra in morbido panno pressato). Davvero belli. Li consiglio . Ottimo il venditore, gentilissimo e prontissimo a rispondere da UK ad ogni domanda nella fase prevendita.

Mi aspettavo molto di più
Ho ordinato queste mitiche scarpe perché non le avevo mai provate, ma ne avevo sentito tanto parlare, ed esteticamente mi piacevano tanto. La delusione che ho avuto è stata enorme. Il pellame della tomaia è buono ma sono molto rigide, e soprattutto il sottopiede è in tessuto sintetico invece che in pelle. Secondo me il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono, si paga evidentemente anche il nome. Ho un negozio di scarpe per bambini, e a negozio ho scarpe artigianali fino al numero 40 copiate nella modelleria a Blundstone originali e devo dire che, oltre ad essere realizzate in Italia totalmente in pelle, sono anche molto più morbide. E costano quasi la metà!
