I was skeptical about this product But I have been having severe leg cramps in the evening that left me hobbling around in the morning. I decided to try it and when I received it I sprayed a little bit on my leg but it instantly burned slightly and I wiped it off. The instructions did say that that might happen so I wasn’t overly concerned. This evening 11/7/20 at 3:00 am my right leg cramped up horrible and I was in horrific pain. I hobbled to the bathroom and I remembered about the burning sensation so I decided to take a wet paper towel and spray it on the wet paper towel and then rub it on my leg. I massaged it in and oh my god the pain went away. It’s been about an hour now and I’m relaxing in my bed and I actually feel better than I had before - my leg has a wonderful relaxed happy feeling - I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. I have been having such horrific Charlie horse pains, sometimes in my calf sometime starting at the bottom of my foot and working its way up. I will now have relief from this horrific pain. This product is a miracle product - I didn’t know I was low on magnesium but I took a chance because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I looked up Charlie horses on Google and low magnesium came up as a possible reason for them. I was worried about taking it orally - I was afraid that it might interfere with my other electrolytes or minerals. I’m very skeptical about taking oral supplements because they affect other parts of your body that I may not be aware of. I have to be careful because I am on chemotherapy, tamoxifen. I also have psoriasis which recently returned due to some severe stress that I’m under going. I wish this product would help with the psoriasis but I don’t think that’s going to happen. Anyway, I truly highly highly recommend this product and I would suggest that you try spraying it on a wet paper towel or gauze pad & applying it that way because that decreases the concentration of the product. Maybe later on when I get more used to it I can spray it on directly. One thing I did have trouble getting it to start spraying and I thought it was a defective spray device but after about a few minutes of constant spring action it finally started to come out. I gave it one star for flavor because to my understanding this is not a product that you eat or drink it’s a product that you spray on your body so I don’t know what flavor would have to do with it. I didn’t notice the scent I think it’s unscented, and that’s fine that’s what I prefer. I am a nurse & I thoroughly researched this product, and I am certain that this product will not have any ill affects because it’s something that sprayed on and even though it’s absorbed, it’s a product that your body needs and may not have enough of when you’re over 50. I did read that too much MG upsets your body balance so I would suggest that you didn’t overly spray a large part of your body, but that’s only my personal opinion I do not know what the manufacturer says on the subject. I am glad I tried this product, I have suffered for so long, I don’t know why I waited so long to research and find a cure for myself. I recommend this product highly and if you have Charlie horses at night you better order this product and you will be shocked by the wonderful results. I am amazed at these results- I can’t believe that it worked so quickly and effortlessly. I’m sitting here in amazement wondering why I waited so long to try it. I read the other wonderful reviews before I tried it, and I was hopeful but I didn’t really believe it. I am now a true believer, & if you suffer with muscle pain & cramps you will love this product.

I got this for my aching feet. It works! I rubbed it on both my feet. The first couple nights I could feel my feet relaxing and no pain. I have slept so much better and woke up feeling rested and ready for the day. I can’t say enough about this product. Thank you so much.

I LOVE THIS SPRAY I HAVE RHYMATOID ARTHRIDTIS AND I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR A WEEK IN A HALF NOW SO IT TAKES A WHILE HELP THE PAIN I DO HAVE TO PUT ON LOTIONS AFTER I SPRAY THIS DOES DRY OUT THE SKIN AFTER SPRAYING AND RUBBING INTO THE SKIN LET IT DRY THEN LOTION WITH YOUR FAVORITE LOTION THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO GET MINERALS AS A SENIOR WITH PAIN

I have had RLS for many years, and it has gotten worse over time. I had various coping skills, and things that would lessen the severity sometimes, as we all do, but it had gotten to the point where I was having massive anxiety towards bedtime. I didn’t want to travel, basically it was driving me crazy. I tried magnesium supplements, I’ve been taking Iron supplements. Neither worked and both were really tough on my digestive system. My doctor said, try the topical magnesium, what have you got to lose? I got this, and seriously, the FIRST NIGHT it was much better. Now after about ten days, I have had several nights with no symptoms at all. And the acid test, I put it on, went to sleep but was awakened four hours later when the RLS started up. I put another few sprays on, and boom, right back to sleep and no more issues that night. I cannot tell you how awesome this is. I know RLS is very individualized, and it may not work for everyone, but if you’re looking at topical Magnesium, this has worked a miracle for at least one person.

I mostly apply to my feet and back area where I have the most pain. Works great! I get a good night rest when I use it before bed time.

I don’t even know where to begin. Just know that this oil has been nothing short of a miracle for me. Menopause has been incredibly difficult. It feels like I’m experiencing every symptom possible, and the drop in estrogen affects so much of the body; especially, causing joint and muscle pain. While my HRT patch has helped my mental and physical well-being tremendously, there are still moments when menopause takes over. Last night was one of those moments. I tossed and turned, in pain with every movement, even crying out at times. Usually, I rely on BC powder and Doan’s to get through it, but I was exhausted from constantly taking medication. I decided to search for alternatives and came across magnesium oil. After reading review after review, I felt hopeful. I looked at several brands but kept coming back to this one. Now I’m lying in bed, not in tears, but writing this review. I feel so much better, and I didn’t have to take a single pill. What amazed me even more was how it helped my family. My husband had a migraine and knee pain, and my sister was dealing with back pain. I applied the oil to both of them, and within minutes, they felt relief. My husband even fell asleep and woke up surprised at how much better he felt. I truly can’t thank you enough for calming my storm. I will never be without this oil. I was not paid for this review. My body’s response is what inspired me to share. This really works.

Saw this being recommended for restless legs and bought it specifically for that. I tried using it every night for about two weeks and saw no improvement so that was upsetting. However!!!! I now use it for muscle twitching as well as sore muscles from working out and feel almost immediate relief! Still a little sad for no restless leg relief but am grateful to see it work in other ways! Also PS don’t use this the same day you shave; it will BURN (duh)!
